A recent new client that was given a nearly impossible deadline to meet just before Christmas, asked AI&S if we could help them with their fabrication needs. Having gone to others, who couldn’t help, the client reached out to AI&S and we delivered as required.
Having delivered the goods on time and with the project completed, it was a perfect time to follow up with the client this week to see how their project went. The client advised the following.

It is always important, as part of your sales process, to ask for feedback or carry out a product review meeting, once the goods and/or services have been delivered. This is an important step in finding out whether you truly have done a great job and whether you can expect repeat business from your client.
