Here is a little job that we have recently completed for one of Australia’s largest materials handling companies.
We were brought a sample of a castle nut and were told they were not available for purchase anywhere off the shelf. The customer needed them
in a hurry and we were asked if we could make some up.
Of course!
Within a day they had these items that we machined from solid round bar stock on their machines and working.
