We have manufactured heavy vehicle brake components, equipment safety guards, and transport frames, pallets, stillages and stands for logistics equipment. 

One particular project saw us developing a means for transportation of mobile mining equipment. 

We were required to craft an asset able to withstand periods of immobility, as well as heavy loads. It needed to have a small on-site footprint, but be visible to other mobile units, and to include theft deterrent measures. We also developed the addition of jacking legs for stability on uneven surfaces, and when under intense stationary weight.

This was an initial prototype, and as such AI&S was able to provide feedback, and advise on the fabrication and assembly of the asset. This meant that the client could alter the plans to allow for identical manufacturing over large-scale production.
