If you have ever visited the offices of AI&S, you would have definitely met Robert Bingham (Rob), our Production Manager.

Rob reached an impressive milestone this year and has been with us for 30 years!  Not many companies in today’s climate have employees with this tenure.  Rob is definitely part of the AI&S family and he has often been mistaken for Nathan’s (our MD) brother.

Rob is the one who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes!  With over 35 years of experience in production, Robert’s attention to detail and commitment to excellence are second to none.

What sets Rob apart? His ability to navigate challenges, always focus on customer satisfaction and ensure projects are delivered on time and with the highest quality.  Whether coordinating teams, managing resources, or refining processes, Rob’s loyalty to AI&S makes us truly grateful to have such an outstanding employee.

When he’s not making sure everything is flowing smoothly through the workshops, you can find him fishing, watching football or supporting his children’s sport – whether it be cricket or netball. ⭐🏀🏆🏏
