At AI&S we track and monitor our  DIFOT (Delivery in Full, On Time) as one of our KPIs on a monthly basis because we understand that is it critical to our customers that we deliver when we say we are going to deliver.

We are thrilled to share that we have achieved a 97.25% DIFOT result so far this year, surpassing our target of 95%.

This milestone reflects the dedication and hard work of our entire team, as well as our commitment to providing exceptional service to our customers.
