Our client supplies many polyurethane rollers to their clients and each roller has a specific finish needed, depending on the rollers application. Some require dewatering, some require lifting of sheet or other items and some require the roller to grip.
AI&S machine each specific finish to each individual roller using our 5 Axis Doosan machining center. It certainly makes easy work of it.
