This month, we are thrilled to celebrate an incredible milestone: Tony Mason has been with our company for 27 remarkable years!

Throughout these years, Tony has been an integral part of our journey, contributing significantly to our growth and success. Their dedication, hard work, and unwavering commitment have been truly inspirational to all of us.

Tony’s journey with us started back in 1997 as a machinist, and since then, they have taken on numerous roles and responsibilities, always exceeding expectations and setting a high standard for others to follow. Their expertise, problem-solving skills, and innovative thinking have been invaluable assets to our team.

Tony has seen the tremendous growth of our machine shop.  From our first manual lathe and mill; to the purchase of our first CNC Machine – a Kiheung milling machine; followed by the purchase of a CNC Ajax lathe and Ajax machining centre.  Fast forward to today and Associated Iron and Steel has a commitment to investing in the latest CNC technology.  We currently have nine machines in our machine shop.

We are immensely grateful for the loyalty and passion Tony brings to work every day. Their positive attitude and collaborative spirit have made a lasting impact on our workplace culture, fostering a sense of community and teamwork that we all cherish.

As we celebrate this milestone, we look forward to many more years of success and shared achievements with Tony by our side. Thank you for your exceptional service and for being a cornerstone of our company.
