As a result of strong growth, we are looking for a part-time Payroll and Accounts Officer to start at our office in Sumner Park.
The role is integral to the continued success of our family business.
The role
- Minimum 2 days per week with flexible hours
- Weekly payroll for approximately 30 staff
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
- General Bookkeeping duties
- Data entry
- Reception Duties (phone, email, post)
- Other administration tasks as directed by management
- Full training in our systems and processes will be provided to the successful candidate
About you
- Outstanding communication skills
- Bookkeeping experience
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Office
- Organised
- Friendly
- Experience in Sybiz Vision/ Visipay would be a distinct advantage.
Salary is negotiable based on the experience of the successful candidate.
